Our promise

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund — no complicated hoops. We are confident you will love it, but if life happens, we have got you covered.

How to start a return

Email support@mildwell.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid U.S. return label and simple instructions. Items should be returned in reasonable condition; you do not need the original packaging to qualify.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges and damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us right away at support@mildwell.com with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Digital products

Free digital guides, e-books, and downloads included with an order have no cash value and are not separately refundable.
